Bought a standard pure wool pillow one month ago. It is a great pillow with the right amount of firmness. I have tried a few memory foam pillows in the past and there were always problems (unpleasant off-gassing smells, uncomfortable etc) and this pillow is definitely the most comfortable with all the benefits of it being natural wool. The pillow case protector from Aussie Wool Comfort is great too. I can definitely recommend the pillow from Aussie Wool Comfort!

I purchased a low wool pillow recently and it is exactly like my old one which was like finding gold! I searched high and low over the years in retail stores for an all wool pillow that was not too thick.
I wanted to feel the pillow before purchasing. I wish these pillow were available in store.
I am an average sized female and find many pillows too high and unsupportive despite their volume. This pillow is perfect and was delivered quickly. No scent at all.

My husband and I purchased a pillow each plus the thickest quilt. We live in a very cold place and we have never had a more cozy and snuggly sleep. I really can’t recommend these enough. Thank you for your great customer service and prompt response to my email inquiries! I bought a thin pillow which settles to around 7-8cm (as I’m told by Andrew from Aussie Wool Comfort) which is great for me since I found all the other pillows I’ve tried to be too high for myself who’s a back sleeper. The pillow is also very comfy and soft. I did get worried that the middle part would sag after a while, but with regular airing (I take it out in the sun roughly once every two weeks) and it bounced back alright so all good. Highly recommend!
I ordered two pillows: one standard and one thick. They arrived still in good packaging here to Canada and just a slight delay due to our present Pandemic 2021.
They both have beautiful thick and tightly woven cotton covers. There is no bad smell or odor which I found amazing, as most pillows I’ve bought have had to be aired out. I still did that, as well as allow both to attain their fullness. While they are so nice to cuddle into , both thicknesses are too full for me. I have now decided I will open the Standard pillow and remove some wool and resew it. Hopefully it will be less firm and allow for proper head and neck support.

I ordered a standard pillow recently as I was at wits end with neck issues, what did I have to lose. I have quite a selection of pillows, this one is my favourite. Was a little firm to start but I soon got used to it, they do settle down. They was no “chemical” smell which you tend to get with other pillows, I actually like the smell of wool. I will be purchasing more in the future. as I start to replace the pillows in the house. I also bought a pillow protector.

This is a very nice, high quality pillow. I was looking for natural bedding options (without polyester or memory foam) so I’m glad I found this one. The pillow did flatten out a bit, but I don’t mind as I prefer a flatter pillow for my neck.
I have invested in several products! My most recent purchase of the Pure Australian Wool Pillows are wonderful and have provided a great nights sleep every night! The thought of sleeping on a genuine Australian wool product is also a comfort knowing I am sleeping on a non toxic pillow!
I bought a woolen pillow and cotton pillow case in April, 2019 – two years later, they’re still superb!
The pillow hasn’t gotten clumpy and I am still breathing free.
