Shipping policy

Our wonderful staff at Aussie Wool Comfort do their utmost to ensure all orders are shipped as quickly as possible. We will contact you if your ordered item is unavailable or their is an unreasonable delay.

Postage and Delivery

All in-store stock is shipped within 1 to 7 business days. Orders with multiple items will be shipped once all items are available.

While we do our best to ship within these times Christmas, Public holidays and special sales times may delay the shipping of orders. On receipt of your order if there is any delay in shipping you will be notified by email.

Aussie Wool Comfort uses Australia Post regular mail. If you require express or registered mail please contact us directly to arrange before placing order.

All orders are shipped with signature on delivery. Orders cannot be left at shipping address unless signed for.

In the event your product has not arrived, you need to contact Aussie Wool Comfort to discuss a resolution. Aussie Wool Comfort does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items with Australia Post. The best way we can assist with the recovery of lost goods is to submit a business complaint to Australia Post requesting a trace.

In Store Pick Up

For our local customers we have the option to pick up from our store here in Warragul, Victoria. Once your item is ready our customer service team will give you a call to notify you for collection.

If you are planning to visit our factory for specific items please call in advance to ensure that the items you are wanting are available for you.
